Husky PRO500 Tank - Aluminum Frame
The Husky PRO500® tank liner is designed with variable capacity in mind. The PRO500 features specially designed “bladders” that when deployed, will add approximately 500 gallons of capacity to the original size of your tank. Extra water in the same size tank! Yep, and remember… No one ever complains about having ‘too much water’ at a fire.
The standard PRO500® liner has four bladders installed (two on each folding side of the tank). Each bladder can be deployed independently should you have space constraints on one side of the tank. The bladders are secured with a unique strapping system that allows them to be rolled up for storage and will only fill when deployed. When properly secured, the PRO500® tank liner does not increase the size of the folded tank and will fit in your standard portable tank rack.

Quick Release Drain Tube:
The Husky Quick Release Drain Tube offers quick and easy attachment and detachment of the 10" drain tube. The drain tube is secured with high tensile strength webbing using a durable heavy duty stainless steel buckle. No more rope or knots that become impossible to untie in cold weather. Husky drain tubes are mounted on the outside of the tank for easy access and draining. Drain Tubes can be located on the inside of the tank but must be specified at the time of order (see ordering options below).

With the heavy-duty handles attached to the floor of the tank, tear-down not only takes less effort, but also saves valuable time and man-power. Husky Easy Lift Handles are made with the same attention to quality and durability that makes Husky famous. All Husky Folding Frame Tanks come equipped standard with Easy Lift Handles where other manufacturers offer them as an option.
Aluminum Frames:
ALL HUSKY folding tanks feature superior heavy duty laser cut hinge design in either steel or aluminum frames. The pinch free hinge design and heavy duty Mig welded construction come with a lifetime warranty on frame construction.

Husky-Tough Vinyl Liners:
• 22 oz.
• 22 oz. sides with a 28 oz. floor
• 30 oz. Vinyl liners are available in a variety of colors and in NSF 61 approved 30 oz. potable material or chemical and fuel resistant materials that are great for oil spill clean-up or petroleum storage.
EXLON® Liner:
22 oz. Exlon is new from Husky Portable containment and has been designed to replace DuPont's discontinued Hypalon liner material. EXLON® was designed with UV resistance, heat resistance, abrasion, puncture resistance and excellent cold cracking qualities in mind allowing Husky to offer the best folding tank liner material on the market. EXLON® comes with a ten year warranty against UV and weather elements.
Double Folding Frame:
Water Tanks for the user that has limited storage space. These unique frame tanks have a second folding point on the long side of the frame allowing you to fold the frame tank one more time cutting the overall length in half. Just pull the special heavy duty pins from the laser cut hinges and fold your tank again. The pins are secured to the frame to assure they will not be lost.
Quick Dump Feature:
Husky Portable Containment's "Quick Dump" is the answer to getting your folding frame tank emptied quickly when the fire scene is in its tear down stages. Just release the d-rings and latch and watch your tank drain in about 20-30 seconds.
Reflective Edge
The Reflective Edge option adds a reflective trim on the top hem of the liner to help increase visibility of the tank at night. When any light hits the reflective edge it acts just like the reflective lettering on your turnout gear. It is easy for your tank to disappear in the night and in the heat of the moment more than one driver has accidentally backed into the tank damaging or destroying it.
