Supreme™ ll is a premier double jacketed fire hose and one of the best values on the market today. Originally designed over 40 years ago, Supreme™ has become the hose to which all others are compared. With hose sizes up to 3” and manufactured to exacting standards, Supreme™ ll features a polyester outer jacket that encompasses an onyx nitrile rubber thru-the-weave liner. Performing well at high and low pressures, Supreme™ ll has a smooth and enhanced waterway for better flow and less kinking.
 

Features:
•    Premium quality outside polyester jacket with onyx nitrile rubber thru-the-weave liner construction.
•    Constructed from 100% high tensile strength ring-spun polyester yarn
•    Liner is attached to the inner jacket using a vulcanized calendared rubber backing
•    Mechanical and chemically bonds the onyx rubber lining to the inside jacket
•    No adhesive used assuring the lining will never delaminate.
•    Remains flexible at temperatures as low as -40°F (-40°C)
•    Resistant to ozone and oxidation.
•    Kink resistance exceeds that of lightweight jacketed hose.

Rugged Durability: Standard Dura-Cote™ protective treatment greatly increases abrasion, heat, flame and petrochemical resistance while virtually eliminating water pick-up. The coating protects from mildew and no drying is required.

Temperature Range: -40° to 150°F (-40° to 65°C)

Stripe Colors:  Yellow, Red, Blue, Black, Green.  NOTE: Not all stripe colors are available with all hose sizes & colors.

Couplings:
•    Aluminum Rocker Lug - NH/NST thread

Customized Hose Stenciling:
•    Standard stenciling of hose is per NFPA 1960 (mfg, country origin, month & year of mfg.and service test psi)
•    Custom stencils in addition to NFPA stenciling available
•    Custom stencils (max. 25 characters at 2 places on hose).  No additional charge

•    As per NFPA 1962 – The service test pressure is to be 10% greater than the “normal highest operating pressure” at which the hose is expected to be used.
