POLYESTER DOUBLE JACKET ATTACK and SUPPLY HOSE
Today’s fires are hotter—so more water is needed at the nozzle to knock them down fast. Snap-Tite Conquest hose rises to the challenge with a patented thru-the-weave extruded polyurethane liner with a smooth surface that delivers maximum water flow. Conquest features friction loss reductions of up to 50% more compared to other hose designs, delivering more water at standard operating pressure.
Construction
• Polyester Double Jacket
• Extruded Polyurethane Inner Liner (thru-the-weave)
• Patented double jacket fire hose made from 100% high tensile strength ring-spun polyester outer jacket
• Extruded thru-the-weave polyurethane inner hose.
• NO adhesive is used. The lining will never delaminate.
• Meets all NFPA requirements for ozone resistance
• Passes 18" doorway kink test at 75 psi (1¾" diameter Conquest)
• Suitable for CAFS and foam concentrates
• Potable Water Approved: Yes
• Lining meets NSF/ANSI Standard 61 for drinking water
• Certified & manufactured to NFPA 1960 Standard, latest edition
• ISO-9001 certified quality assurance system
• 1-3/4” and 2-1/2” are UL/ULC Certified.
Rugged Durability: Standard Dura-Cote™ protective treatment greatly increases abrasion, heat, flame and petrochemical resistance while virtually eliminating water pick-up. The coating protects from mildew and no drying is required.
Temperature Range: -40° to 150°F (-40° to 65°C)

Standard Hose Colors: Yellow, Red, Blue, Orange, Green, White (coated).
Special Order Hose Colors: Tan and Purple (200 ft. min. qty. same color/size)
Stripe Colors: Yellow, Red, Blue, Black, Green. NOTE: Not all stripe colors are available with all hose sizes & colors.
Couplings:
• Aluminum Rocker Lug - NH/NST thread
• Aluminum Storz

Customized Hose Stenciling:
• Standard stenciling of hose is per NFPA 1961 (mfg, country origin, month & year of mfg.and service test psi)

As per NFPA 1962 – The service test pressure is to be 10% greater than the “normal highest operating pressure” at which the hose is expected to be used.
