Snap-Tite'sGladiator™ FGN is one of the leading attack lines in the industry. Built to last, this rugged hose is constructed with extruded thru-the-weave nitrile rubber liner with a durable outer polyester jacket, providing incredible strength and long-lasting performance. The Gladiator™ FGN performs well at high or low pressures and has a smooth 1.77” waterway for less kinking than other products on the market.  Both the nitrile rubber thru-the-weave inner lining and outer jacket are proudly made at the Snap-Tite factories in Pennsylvania, USA.

Innovative Design
When subjected to a static pressure of 100 PSI shall be capable of safely with-standing a surface temperature of 1,200º F (648º C) applied by a hot metal cube for a minimum of 45 seconds without bursting.

Rugged Durability: Standard Dura-Cote™ protective treatment greatly increases abrasion, heat, flame and petrochemical resistance while virtually eliminating water pick-up. The coating protects from mildew and no drying is required.

Temperature Range: Remains flexable as low as -40° to 200°F (-40° to 93°C)

Standard Hose Colors: Yellow, Red, Blue, Orange, Green, White.

Special Order Hose Colors: Tan and Purple (200 ft. min. qty. same color)

Stripe Colors:  Yellow, Red, Blue, Black, Green.  NOTE: Not all stripe colors are available with all hose sizes & colors.

Couplings:
•   Aluminum Rocker Lug - NH/NST thread

Customized Hose Stenciling:
•   Standard stenciling of hose is per NFPA 1960 (mfg, country origin, month & year of mfg.and service test psi)
•   Custom stencils in addition to NFPA stenciling available

•    As per NFPA 1962 – The service test pressure is to be 10% greater than the “normal highest operating pressure” at which the hose is expected to be used.
