Versatility meets rugged dependability: Snap-Tite 8T hose is a double jacket municipal-grade fire hose that incorporates a lightweight polyurethane liner for added strength, but with no added bulk to weigh you down. Snap-Tite 8T meets all the requirements of NFPA 1960 for fire attack hose and can also be used for potable water transfer in an emergency. Snap-Tite 8T is an exceptional value with industry-leading abrasion and puncture resistance, and an extended service life.

• Lining of thermoplastic polyurethane for reduced weight and kink resistant.
• Flexible. Remains flexible to temperatures as low as -40°F (-40°C)
• Designed to totally eliminate deterioration by ozone.
• Polyurethane lining material meets NSF/ANSI Standard 61 for drinking water
• Can be used as a hydrant or water main bypass in an emergency situation.
• Certified and manufactured in accordance with NFPA 1960 Standard

Rugged Durability: Standard Dura-Cote™ protective treatment greatly increases abrasion, heat, flame and petrochemical resistance while virtually eliminating water pick-up. The coating protects from mildew and no drying is required.
Temperature Range: -40° to 150°F (-40° to 65°C)
Warranty: Free from defects in materials or workmanship over a period of ten (10) years from the original date of shipment.
Hose Lengths: 50 ft. and 100 ft. Contact Us to discuss custom lengths.
Standard Hose Colors: Yellow, Red, Blue, Orange, Green, White.
Special Order Hose Colors: Tan and Purple (200 ft. min. qty. same color/size)

As per NFPA 1962 – The service test pressure is to be 10% greater than the “normal highest operating pressure” at which the hose is expected to be used.
