NRS Vector SAR PFD

The NRS Vector SAR Personal Flotation Device (PFD) provides professional rescuers a lower-profile PFD optimized for missions that require ultimate mobility on land or water. Built using the NRS  Every Body Design™ philosophy, Graded Sizing, and Orbit Fit™ technology to deliver a secure, torso-hugging fit with professional-grade features and ample storage.

•    The Orbit Fit System layers multiple pieces of lightweight closed-cell foam cut to precise specifications to create a unique, flexible, pre-curved shape that effortlessly conforms to your body.
•    The NRS Every Body Design philosophy combines innovative technologies that reimagine how a PFD fits and performs, eliminating the need for men’s and women’s specific models.
•    Graded sizing also considers the appropriate amount of flotation needed for individual body types resulting in a better-fitting, more comfortable life jacket for all.

•    The two-piece front panel allows greater mobility and rotational movement, even when the jacket is fully tightened.
•    Continuous, interconnected webbing creates an internal harness for maximum security in live bait scenarios and when grabbing rescuers by shoulder straps.
•    The 1.5" quick-release rescue belt with an aluminum attachment ring adjusts via a secondary buckle and is strategically placed to reduce snag risks.
•    Compartmentalized, zippered, drop-down clamshell pocket stows and organizes essential on-person gear. An additional dual-entry, zippered pocket stashes webbing, carabiners, or other small essentials.
•    SOLAS reflective accents on front and rear increase visibility.
•    Hand warmer pocket features 4-way stretch double-knit polyester lining that’s soft against the skin; pocket doubles as quick storage for webbing or gloves.
•    Two-way knife dock provides fast access and out of the way storage for fixed blade and folding knives.
•    Pullover design features aluminum buckle adjustments on shoulders, sides, and waist to secure the life jacket and customize the fit.
•    Hook-and-loop patches on front and rear for use with department placards or Rescue Placards.

•    Features two easy-release carabiner attachment points for cowtail rescue systems and multiple attachment points for safety essentials such as a whistle, knife, lights, or a strobe.
•    Silicone-coated inner waistband helps keep PFD in place when wading or swimming.
