When a downsized and basic kit is needed, EMI’s Emergency Tactical Response (ETR) Basic Kit is your first choice. When you need to be prepared instantly for any active shooter, gunshot situation or tactical emergencies the ETR Basic Response Kit is ideal.  The fanny pack style bag has three outside pockets and two large zippered inside pockets.
