Iron Duck Ultra Loc Backboard

The Iron Duck Ultra-Loc is an super-lightweight and ultra-thin spine board with Iron Duck’s trademark strength at a fraction of the dimensions of other backboards. The Ultra Loc is designed with your feedback in mind, for example, the handholds are oversized for use even with a gloved hand and are raised off the ground for easy lifting. The board’s HDPE shell, made of high-density polyethylene, is both durable and easy to clean and disinfect.

The open leg triangle integrates with full-length, molded-in runners to offer rigidity that concave boards lack while keeping the hand holds off the ground for ease in lifting. The flat patient surface won’t compromise CPR efforts or aggravate cervical spine injuries, as concave boards can do. The Ultra-Loc features 14 over-sized, raised hand holds each measuring 2” x 6”. These oversized hand holds are large enough to accommodate even fire fighter gloved hands.
