CMC and our manufacturing partner Rock Exotica have become aware of a potential safety issue regarding the button assembly, which may not be secure in a limited number of ProSwivel Pulleys. As a result, CMC is issuing a Product Recall Notice for the following pulleys with lot numbers 20050XXX through 22304XXX (spanning manufacturing dates of February 2020 to October 2022):

Due to the similarity between the affected 1.1" pulleys and other ProSwivel models, CMC is taking the precautionary measure of issuing a Safety Notice for the following parts with lot numbers 18001XXX through 20031XXX (spanning manufacturing dates of January 2018 to February 2020):
