CMC Patient Tie-In System

The CMC Patient Tie-In Kit saves critical patient packaging time with a quick and easy system for securing a patient. The color-coded web and snap ring closures allow intuitive, safe, and efficient patient tie-in.

For many years the accepted method for securing a patient in a litter was improvised internal and external lashings using 1” tubular webbing. Critical patient-packaging time could be lost and often the finished lashing was either too tight or too loose.  The CMC Patient Tie-In System provides a quicker and more secure way to secure your patient.  CMC developed the Patient Tie-In System after testing and refining it as part of CMC Rescue School classes. 

The refined systems weigh less, are quick and secure, and can be easily adjusted to meet the patient’s requirements for comfort. Color-coded web helps keep the system organized. Available for a one-piece or two-piece litter and can be used with the included pelvic harness to support the patient’s weight when the litter is placed in a head-up position or used for a patient on a backboard.
