THE ALL-AMERICAN HOSE WARRANTY:
All-American Hose warrants our entire double jacket, nitrile rubber and polyurethane fire hose products used in the municipal and industrial fire industries to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the date of original purchase. Please refer to the product brochure for any deviation to this policy by hose type, i.e., forestry.
This warranty shall provide for the repair or replacement of hose and assemblies proven to have failed due to faulty materials or workmanship during normal and reasonable fireground use, handling and care of the hose.
Our warranty is limited as follows:
• All returns must be accompanied by an RGA# (Returned Good Authorization) issued by All-American Hose.
• Unauthorized returns will be refused.
• All defective products must be returned to All-American Hose within thirty (30) days of purchaser’s claim.
• Products or parts must be found to be defective in materials and workmanship upon examination and testing by All-American Hose.
• Total liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods.
• Products shall not be considered defective or nonconforming if they substantially fulfill performance requirements and are manufactured in accordance with All-American Hose specifications.
This warranty will not extend to goods which have been subject to misuse, accident, improper application, misapplication under conditions not expressly made specifically known to nor approved by All-American Hose in advance of shipment or which have been repaired or altered outside of the All-American Hose facility.

Exclusive Dura-Cote™ hose treatment creates a virtually impenetrable shield that increases hose performance and durability, while extending service life. Dura-Cote is a nitrile/latex (emulsified rubber) material that is force applied—not sprayed—and cross-linked via a high temperature curing process.
Protective Dura-Cote provides superior abrasion, heat and chemical resistance, far surpassing the minimal standards of MIL-H-24606B. Compared to competitive coatings made of urethane or acrylic, nitrile/latex has remarkably better flexibility and ultra-low temperature maneuverability.
